BC Team Building Consultancy began in 2015 when three surveyors set out to build a different kind of practice. They wanted openness, a people-first culture, and consultancy founded on strong relationships, straight talking and rigorous technical work.
From that start we have become a leading independent firm across the UK and Ireland, advising on commercial, industrial, retail and public-sector property.
