At BC Team we aim to work smarter, faster and better — for clients and colleagues. That drive extends to playing our part in cutting carbon.
We also apply our skills to help clients shape built environments and projects with credible, relevant guidance — supporting lower carbon and positive social outcomes. We are committed to decarbonising our operations and supply chain: how we serve clients, how we travel, and wider adoption of zero- and low-carbon technology.
Climate change and wider Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations are embedded across BC Team and in client work.
We follow applicable corporate reporting standards, including robust non-financial disclosure. Where we can, we support research and collaboration with businesses, policymakers and others to speed the shift to a net-zero economy.

BC Team is independently owned and run by people committed to an open, transparent firm. We want our work to leave a legacy of quality for clients, the built environment and wider society.
As a professional services business, our direct environmental footprint is modest compared with many sectors. Still, clients, staff and stakeholders expect us to run the firm responsibly and influence projects positively. Our carbon plan sits under that wider commitment to future generations.

Over the last three years we have pursued net zero with the same energy we bring to client work — through Partnerships, People and Legacy.
- Where feasible, offices no longer use gas heating; we plan to remove gas from the remaining site.
- We hold ISO 14001 accreditation and employ specialist ESG consultants.
