Another notable retail deal closes in Ireland!
Our congratulations to Iroko on the acquisition of Citywest Shopping Centre in Dublin – their first shopping centre acquisition in Ireland and another strong addition to their expanding portfolio.
Our Ireland team, led by Sean Doherty, was engaged to deliver Technical Due Diligence ahead of the acquisition, bringing together expertise across Building Surveying, M&E, ESG and Phase 1 Environmental Consultancy.
It shows how our specialists collaborate so clients gain a clear picture of an asset ahead of completion.
