Delivering TDD for a Multi-Let Office Acquisition!
Iroko engaged our Ireland team to deliver full Technical Due Diligence on the acquisition of Macken House, a multi-let office building in Dublin’s North Docklands, under a tight timeline.
Working at pace, we delivered an integrated TDD service across building surveying, M&E, and Environmental Phase 1, delivering responsive support and real-time advice throughout. costs, by clearly setting out risks.
